    Terms of Service

    Last updated: March 24, 2025

    1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, software, documentation, and related services offered by Miniloader LLC (“Miniloader,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Miniloader-branded products and this site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    2. The Services Are Provided “As Is”

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content or output will be accurate or reliable. We do not guarantee that we will continue to operate, maintain, or support the Services, or any features of them, at any particular level or for any particular duration.

    3. Third-Party Software and AI Models

The Services may interoperate with or facilitate use of third-party software, libraries, runtimes, and machine learning models—including without limitation llama.cpp, other inference engines, and various local AI models that you may download, install, or run separately.

Miniloader LLC did not create llama.cpp, did not create those third-party models, and is not responsible for their availability, licensing, safety, accuracy, legality, or fitness for your use case. Your use of third-party components is subject to their respective licenses and terms.

You acknowledge that outputs from AI models can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. We have no responsibility for anything those third-party tools or models do, produce, or say, and you use them at your own risk.

    4. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miniloader LLC disclaims all warranties and guarantees whatsoever, whether express or implied, regarding the Services and any information or materials made available through them.

    5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Miniloader LLC or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services or third-party software or models, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    6. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and any third-party software or models, including compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and your own policies. You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner.

    7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    8. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Miniloader LLC regarding the subject matter hereof. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
